Making a purchase with Tinkers couldn't be easier. Just browse our shop, add any items that you wish to buy, add your personalisation where necessary and add to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of your Tinkers order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
PAYMENT SECURITY
When the order is placed at our website, you will be re-directed to PayPal where your payment will be processed using the highest levels of security. No card details will be saved on our website.
IMAGES
Please note that the product images may, from time to time, be slightly different depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colour and shades of the images may appear different
TERMS
Tinkers will endeavour to have your order delivered to your UK address within 14 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays.
As delays can happen and be unforeseen, we accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.
It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.

In reference to the new GDPR Regulations Tinkers have the below policy.
This policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you set up an account / make a purchase / contact Tinkers or any other way you use my services.
1. Personal Information
To fulfil your order you will need to provide me information such as your name, email, phone numbers, address, payment details and the product or products you are ordering. Payment details are disposed of once payment has been made if not made through the website. If the payment was made through the website this is not stored by Tinkers.
2. How we use the information
We require this information to process your orders for example we need your address to ship the products to and provide customer service in the unlikely event of a damaged / faulty product. We may also be called to provide this information in reference to a legal claim (Court Order) if required by the Law.
3. Sharing Information
Tinkers will never share customer information unless required on a legal basis.
4. Data Retention
Tinkers will keep your information as long as required to provide you quality of service we will not use this data to contact you in regards to any other service outside of Tinkers products.
5. Social Media
If you have liked / followed any social media connected to Tinkers we do not store any of this information and you can remove any contact from Tinkers on these platforms by Unliking / UnFollowing.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access any and all information that we hold on you. You can also request to delete / change any information we have on you. If you wish to change any information we hold from you or remove yourself from any of our mailing lists please email me at tinkersgifts@outlook.com and we will send a confirmation on this.
FACEBOOK COMPETITIONS
The competition is open to anyone 18 years or over except anyone otherwise connected with TINKERS or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
UK postage will be covered by Tinkers, outside of the UK will need to be paid for by the winner.
The route to entry for the competition is to like the post on the Facebook Page.
Any additional action (including sharing a post, commenting, watch party, tagging etc) are done so at the entrant’s discretion and do not impact the outcome of the giveaway.
We have the right to allow more than one entry per competition at times. We will notify specifically in the post if this is the case
Closing date for entry will be stated in the post of the Facebook page. After this date, the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random via the software platform that we will share if anyone wants to know more
The winner will be notified by private message on Facebook and within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
